It’s time for my monthly roundup of a my Hella Handmade Creations swatches! HHC is a monthly collaborative shop where makers contribute a product (usually polish) that follows a theme of their choosing. Makers will release polishes that follow the same theme for multiple months, and then move on to choosing a new unique theme of their own. The shop is open for preorder from the 14th to the 21st of every month. You can visit their website to shop here.

BCB Lacquers: Witches Broom
Witches Broom is a dark red polish with a red/orange shift, red/orange/green shifting flakes, and holo. It is the next polish in their Galaxy series.
Witches Broom had a smooth and even formula, and the flakes come out easily. I recommend going for lighter coats and while two coats is pretty opaque, three gives a much more rich-looking deeper tone.
Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat, then with matte top coat.

Bees Knees Lacquer: Your Mom
Your Mom is described a smoky pine green with glowy purple shimmer. Your Mom is inspired by the time Zak got the maker’s favorite answer from the Ovilus of all time, and is the next polish in their Ghost Adventurers series.
Your Mom had a super creamy formula, a bit jelly-like but creamy, and the shimmer is really fine and gorgeous. The polish dries glossy but I do recommend a glossy top coat for extra protection.

Different Dimension: It’s A Beautiful Day To Save Lives
It’s A Beautiful Day To Save Lives is described as a mulberry crelly loaded with green to gold color shifting aurora shimmers. It is the next polish in their Grey’s Anatomy series.
As with most Different Dimension shimmers, It’s A Beautiful Day To Save Lives had a great formula that was even despite doing thinner coats. The shimmer pops quite well against the base.

Nailed It: Just A Bunch Of Hocus Pocus
Just A Bunch Of Hocus Pocus is described as a silver magnetic with a blue to purple multichrome shimmer, violet/ pink/gold crystal flakies, and holo flakies. It is the next polish in their Hocus Pocus series.
This polish was super opaque on the first coat, and it dried with a slightly metallic look. I admittedly was not great at photographing the magnetic effect, but it is quite prominent in person and I thought the polish was easy to magnetize.
