Kathleen & Co: Winter 21 Collection

*Disclosure: Press samples – I received these polishes for free in exchange for swatch photography. All reviews and opinions are my own.*

Hello! Today I’m super excited to be sharing with you the Kathleen & Co Winter ’21 collection. This collection is such a stunning set of colors (many of which are shimmers, my favorite finish!) perfect for winter and honestly all of the other seasons as well.

The Kathleen & Co Winter ’21 collection will launch on November 19 at 9am ET on the Kathleen & Co site. This release is happening alongside their early Black Friday sale.

I’ll have pricing details with each polish, so let’s get into these beauties!

Fire For You

Fire For You is described as a red jelly base loaded with fiery reddish gold shimmer.

Fire For You had a smooth and very shimmery formula. I recommend building the polish up in three thin coats to make the shimmer pop best – this polish really glows red when on the nails.

Shown is three coat plus glossy top coat.

Fire For You will retail for $12.50.

Golden Light

Golden Light is described as a pinky base loaded with gold shifting shimmer.

Golden Light had a similarly smooth formula, but in a much more opaque base. I had some staining that bled through a latex peel off base coat layer, so I would recommend doubling up on base coat for this polish. The polish dries without brush strokes and almost has a foil-y finish to it. I will say, the glow on this polish is also quite stunning.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Golden Light will retail for $12.50.

Frosted Dawn

Frosted Dawn is described as a light teal base loaded with gold shifty shimmer and holo flakies.

Frosted Dawn had a smooth, even, and self-leveling formula. I recommend building it up in medium to thin coats.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Frosted Dawn will retail for $13.

Nightcall

Nightcall is described as a darkened emerald green loaded with holo flakes and shifty shimmer.

Nightcall had a smooth formula that self-levels well, and again I’d recommend going for medium to thin coats when polishing.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Nightfall will retail for $13.

Heaven Up There

Heaven Up There is described as a pale lilac with shifty shimmer and holo.

Heaven Up There had a smooth and even shimmer formula. At two coats I had the slightest bit of visible nail line, so I went for three.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Heaven Up There will retail for $13.

Warm and Cozy

Warm and Cozy is described as a light violet with two different color shifting shimmers in red and gold and tons of holo microflakes.

Warm and Cozy had a smooth, medium to thin formula. It self-leveled well like the other shimmers in this collection.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Warm and Cozy will retail for $13.

Festival Lights

Festival Lights is described as a deep violet with fiery red flakies.

Festival Lights had a slightly thicker formula, likely due to the flakes. The flakes come out flat with medium/light density, and the base is a bit on the sheerer jelly side.

Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat, and then with matte top coat.

Festival Lights will retail for $12.50.

Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice is described as a deep violet base loaded with very glowy gold bronze shimmer.

Winter Solstice had a smooth and self leveling formula. Any brush strokes that appear during application disappear when dry.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Winter Solstice will retail for $12.50.

Will you be picking any of these stunning polishes up? Let me know, and thanks for reading!

XOXO,

Lauren
