BCB Lacquers: Black Friday Duo

*Disclosure: Press samples – I received these polishes for free in exchange for swatch photography. All reviews and opinions are my own.*

Hello! In this post, I’ll be sharing BCB Lacquers’ Black Friday duo and charity polish, Good Grief. BCB Lacquers will be hosting a 20-40% off sitewide Black Friday sale from November 26 at 3pm ET to November 30 at midnight ET on their site. There will be mystery overpours, mystery grab bags, and a free polish with all orders while supplies last.

The Black Friday duo will be priced at $9 each or $16 for the duo during the sale. Any leftovers after the sale will be priced higher. Good Grief will be priced at $13 with $5 from every bottle split to donations between the Trevor Project and Color of Change.

I think that’s it for the details, so let’s get into it!

Black Friday Duo

Crimson Leaves

Crimson Leaves is described as a burgundy red polish with a pink to gold shift and bronze microflakes. It is inspired by fallen leaves.

Crimson Leaves had a really opaque and smooth formula – it was practically a one coater. The formula was also self-leveling, and I went in for two coats to get a more plump look. If I were to wear it on my own, I would probably have stopped at one coat.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Snow Kissed

Snow Kissed is described as a cerulean blue jelly with blue shimmer, gold micro flakes and holo flakes. It is inspired by the first snow for winter.

Snow Kissed had a fantastic formula that was smooth and self leveling. It leans a bit on the jelly formula side, and I thought it was absolutely stunning matte.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat, and then with matte top coat.

Charity Polish: Good Grief

Good Grief is described as a rustic red base with copper shimmer and bronze, gold, and red micro flakes. It is inspired by Charlie Brown.

Good Grief had a smooth formula – I recommend going for more medium coats to build the polish up.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

I hope you snag some of these beauties up – Snow Kissed from the Black Friday duo in particular was a favorite for me. Thanks for reading!

XOXO,

Lauren
