Hello! Today I’m here with three vastly different, but incredibly gorgeous polishes that will be available as part of the December Polished Gamers Box. The PGB is a monthly collab themed around a different game, and is open for preorder from the 15th to the 20th of the month. This month’s theme is God of War, and the PGB site will open for preorder on December 15 at 12pm MST.
Let’s get into it!
BCB Lacquers: Destructive Little Brother
Destructive Little Brother is described as a purple polish with a strong pink/orange/green shifting shimmer and holo flakes. It is inspired by fanart of Hades from God of War 3.
Destructive Little Brother is probably one of my top polishes from BCB Lacquers – the shimmer is so stunning, and the polish has an amazing look of depth. If you’ve never tried BCB Lacquers before, this is a great polish to get you started!
The formula for Destructive Little Brother was smooth and a semi-thick jelly formula. I recommend building the polish up in thinner coats.
Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat.
Destructive Little Brother will be available for $13 with a cap of 150.
Dam Nail Polish: Stabby Stabby
Stabby Stabby is described as a blue/green shimmer with a deep violet base and a strong gold magnetic effect. It is inspired by an image of a boss battle with Athena.
Stabby Stabby had a very smooth and even formula, and the magnetic pull was easy and quick. The shifts on this polish unmagentized (not pictured) are stunning as well.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.
Stabby Stabby will be available for $12.50 with a cap of 100.
Jen & Berries: Land of the Gods
Land of the Gods is described as a semi-sheer soft coral linear holographic with red to gold aurora shimmer, gunmetal microflakies and pink metallic flakes. It is inspired by a game landscape.
Land of the Gods had a smooth and self-leveling formula with a sheer base as described. The polish looked like a light nude on my skin tone, in a way that I thought was very elegant and flattering.
Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat.
Land of the Gods will be available for $12.50 with a cap of 100.
Such a gorgeous mix of polishes this month! I hope you pick some of these beauties up during the PGB sale, and thanks for reading!
XOXO,
Lauren
