Hello! Today I’ll be sharing swatches and a review of the upcoming Noodles Nail Polish release. Noodles Nail Polish will be releasing their Winter 2022 collection and Valentines 2022 Duo on Friday, February 4 at 6pm ET on the Noodles Nail Polish site. Polishes will be available for $10 individually.
There’s a good mix of seasonal glitters and crellies here – let’s get into it!
Winter 2022 Collection
Ski You Later
Ski You Later is described as a cornflower blue crelly with purple to pink to aqua color shifting flakes and silver metallic glitters.
Ski You Later had a squishy base formula. Two coats was mostly fine for opacity, but I had the slightest shadow of visible nail line so I went for three coats.
Shown is three coats plus two coats of glossy top coat.
Arctic Skies
Arctic Skies is described as a violet based purple to blue to green shifting shimmer polish with a touch of holo, holo flakes, and lavender and silver holo glitter.
Arctic Skies had a smooth, easy, and even formula.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.
Altitude Problem
Altitude Problem is described as a dusty periwinkle (leans more purple) crelly with white and grey matte glitters and lavender and silver metallic glitters.
Altitude Problem had a smooth and even formula, and its glitters are quite densely packed.
Shown is two coats plus a glitter smoothing top coat, followed by glossy top coat.
Cozy Cardigan
Cozy Cardigan is described as a plum purple crelly with rose metallic microflakies and holo flakes.
Cozy Cardigan had a very smooth and even formula, and was quite opaque. It also dries a bit flat.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.
Love At Frost Sight
Love At Frost Sight is described as a white crelly with soft turquoise shimmer and light blue metallic and holo glitters.
Love At Frost Sight had a creamy base that honestly applied a bit chalk-y. It was slightly patchy on some places at two coats so I went for three.
Shown is three coats plus a glitter smooth top coat, followed by glossy top coat.
Winter Woods
Winter Woods is described as a light grey crelly with silver, navy, garnet, raspberry, and rose metallic glitters.
Winter Woods had a creamy base formula with dense glitter mix.
Shown is two coats plus a glitter smoothing top coat, followed by glossy top coat.
Icicles
Icicles is described as a clear based glitter topper with white and iridescent shreds, white and blue matte glitters, and blue iridescent glitters.
Icicles had a dense and smooth formula. I thought this topper was so cute and winter-y, and would recommend it!
Shown is one coat over black and three coats on its own, topped with a glitter smoothing top coat and glossy top coat.
Winterfest
Winterfest is described as a clear based glitter topper with blue to purple to pink color shifting flakes and periwinkle, lilac, and silver metallic glitter.
Winterfest had a smooth jelly base, and it builds well with the icing method where you dab a large drop near your cuticles and drag the rest of the polish down your nail. I recommend pairing this topper with a darker base to complement the light iridescent flakes.
Shown is one coat over a navy creme plus two coats of glossy top coat. The macro shows three coats on its own.
Valentines 2022 Duo
Galentine’s Day
Galentine’s Day is described as a clear based glitter topper with matte watermelon, hot pink, and magenta glitters and silver holo glitters and mini hearts.
Galentine’s Day had a smooth and pretty dense formula with the glitters. The larger circle glitters came out easily but I did fish and manipulate a bit for the hearts.
Shown is one coat over white and three coats on its own, topped with a glitter smoothing top coat and glossy top coat.
I’m Yours
I’m Yours is described as a white crelly with matte magenta and light pink glitters and gold holo glitters.
I’m Yours had a very creamy base, with glitters that were dense and easy to get out.
Shown is two coats plus a glitter smoothing top coat, followed by glossy top coat.
So many gorgeous and fun polishes to choose from! Let me know if you’ll be picking any of these up, and thanks for reading!
XOXO,
Lauren
