Hello! In this post I’ll be sharing swatches of Cuticula’s upcoming Kingdom of Legend Part 2 collection. This collection follows the original Kingdom of Legend collection, which was released last year! It is inspired by Zelda.
The Kingdom of Legend Part 2 collection will release on Friday, February 25 at 9am Arizona Time. Polishes will be available for $13 individually or $75 for the full set. Automatic free shipping will be applied to all orders of $75 or more on the Cuticula site.
We have a gorgeous set of six flakie polishes, so let’s get into it!
Heart Container
Heart Container is described as a copper silver holographic flake base with black and metallic gold flakes.
Heart Container had a smooth and even formula, and its flakes are very dense in formula. The polish also dries really flat, likely due to how many flakes there are in the polish.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat, and then with matte top coat.
100 Years
100 Years is described as a chartreuse holographic flake base with green metallic flakes.
100 years had a very opaque and smooth formula, again with really dense flakes.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat, and then with matte top coat.
Bottled Fairies
Bottled Fairies is described as a silver holographic flake base with metallic rose gold, green, and purple flakes.
Bottled Fairies had a very smooth and opaque formula, with flakes that were very dense and even. This polish dried very flat.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat, and then with matte top coat.
Blue Flame
Blue Flame is described as a bright blue holographic flake base with black flakes.
Blue Flame was my favorite in this set – it was so unique and flattering. Blue Flame, like all the others in this collection, had a quite opaque, smooth and even formula. It also dried flat.
TMI story time: In college, I was part of a recreational asian dance group in college that did dance covers of Kpop songs. One of the dances I did (that was during the spring 2020 semester when COVID first hit) was called Blue Flame, after the namesake song by Astro. I’m probably extra partial towards this polish because of this memory. đź’™

Open World
Open World is described as a soft lavender holographic flake base with rose gold metallic flakes.
Open World had a smooth and even formula that dried flat.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat, and then with matte top coat.
By Its Glow
By Its Glow is described as a smokey blue violet holographic flake base with red/black/green chrome shifting flakes.
By Its Glow, like every other polish in this collection, had a smooth and even formula that dried flat.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat, and then with matte top coat.
That’s it for all of these gorgeous flakies! Do you think you’d wear them glossy, or matte? Let me know which finish you prefer, or if you’ll be picking any of these up. Thanks for reading!
XOXO,
Lauren
