Hello! Today I’ll be sharing a super cute quad from BCB Lacquers – their Valentine Cards Collection! The Valentine Cards Collection will be releasing January 22 at 6pm ET on the BCB Lacquers site, and polishes will be available for $13 individually or $45 for the set.
Because all of the polishes in this set have a similar finish, I included a skittle mani using the quad at the end of this post. Let’s get into it!
Yoda One For Me
Yoda One For Me is described as a light grey crelly with a gold shifting shimmer, holo flakes, gold flakes and platinum silver flakes.
Yoda One For Me had a smooth formula, and its flakes were densely packed in the polish.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.
Whale You Be Mine?
Whale You Be Mine? is described as a light grey crelly with holo flakes, red metallic flakes and platinum silver flakes.
Whale You Be Mine? had a smooth and even formula with densely packed flakes. If you go in light, the polish could double as a topper since its base seemed clear.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.
Mint To Be
Mint To Be is described as a light teal crelly with holo flakes, teal metallic flakes, and platinum silver flakes.
Mint To Be was smooth in formula with flakes that were even and dense. Like Whale You Be Mine?, I think it could double as a topper if you go in light due to its more clear topper.
Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.
My Significant Otter
My Significant Otter is described as a lavender crelly with a pink shifting shimmer, holo flakes, purple metallic flakes and platinum silver flakes.
My Significant Otter, like all the others in this quad, had a smooth formula with flakes that were dense. This one had a more shimmery base, and was self-leveling.
Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat.
Skittles
