Cuticula: City of Lights Trio

*Disclosure: Press samples – I received these polishes for free in exchange for swatch photography. All reviews and opinions are my own.*

Hello! I’m excited to share a Las Vegas inspired trio by Cuticula – coming to you at the Polish & Dreams convention!

The City of Lights Trio will release on April 2 at the Polish & Dreams convention, and will be available in limited quantities online at 5pm Arizona time the same day.

Polishes will be available for $13 individually or $35 for the trio.

That’s it for the details – let’s get into the swatches!

Venetian Lagoon

Venetian Lagoon is described as a lagoon green base with orange/gold/green shifting pigment and bronze metallic flakes.

Venetian Lagoon had a smooth and even formula that self-leveled well. I had a bit of visible nail line peeking through at two coats, so I went for three.

Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat.

Shark Reef

Shark Reef is described as a grey pond-like jelly base with green/blue/purple glass flakes.

Shark Reef had a smooth and even formula with flakes that were high in density. Two coats was fine for opacity, but I did three for greater depth and build with the flakes – I recommend doing the same.

Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat.

City of Lights

City of Lights is described as a deep teal base with orange/gold/yellow glass flakes, gold metallic flakes, and a sprinkling of silver reflective glitter throughout.

City of Lights had a smooth and even, quite opaque and flakes are dense,

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat, first in normal studio lighting and then with flash.

Let me know which ones you’ll be picking up, and be sure to check out my post for the Keep On Blooming collection, which releases at the same time! Thanks for reading.

XOXO,

Lauren
