Glam Polish: Valentines 2022 Release

*Disclosure: Press samples – I received these polishes for free in exchange for swatch photography. All reviews and opinions are my own.*

Hello! Today I’ll be sharing 10 gorgeous shades available as part of Glam Polish’s Valentines 2022 limited edition event. There will be a unique mix of Valentines and Anti-Valentines inspired shades, and all shades are available in strictly limited quantities and will not be restocked.

Polishes will launch on the Glam Polish site on Friday, January 28 at 2pm ET. Glam Polish will be running a Valentines promo with a free limited edition mystery shade for the first 60 orders placed in our store over $60 USD not including shipping and discounts. There is a strict limit of one free shade per customer/address.

I think that’s it for the details, so let’s get into it!

Anti-Valentines Inspired Shades

Every Rose Has Its Thorn

Every Rose Has Its Thorn is described as a red jelly with aurora shimmer and holo glitter mix.

Every Rose Has Its Thorn had a super opaque and smooth formula – it was practically a one coater. The glitters in the polish are also evenly dispersed.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

So What

So What is described as a bright fuchsia jelly with aurora shimmer, matte glitter mix and a hint of fine holo micro glitter.

So What had a smooth and even formula, and the glitters come out evenly with medium-high density.

Dancing On My Own

Dancing On My Own is described as a black jelly with shifting iridescent flakies and matte glitter mix.

Dancing On My Own had a slightly lighter formula jelly base, but the glitters were even and dense. Overall the formula was smooth but I did do a little bit of glitter manipulation to spread out the bigger glitters.

Shown is two coats plus a glitter grabbing top coat, followed by glossy top coat.

I Will Survive

I Will Survive is described as a silver holo with gold flakies, matte and metallic glitter mix.

I Will Survive had a smooth and even formula, and I recommend going for thin/medium coats. The flakes and glitters come out even and densely.

Me Party

Me Party is described as an aqua crelly with iridescent flakies, matte, metallic and holo glitter mix.

Valentines Inspired Shades

Just The Way You Are

Just The Way You Are is described as a pastel pink crelly with shifting iridescent flakies, aurora shimmer and metallic glitter mix.

Just The Way You Are had a smooth formula with even dispersion of glitters and flakes. I didn’t think I needed a glitter grabbing top coat, but I think it might have been a good idea since I ended up using two coats of glossy top coat.

Shown is two coats plus two coats of glossy top coat.

It Had To Be You

It Had To Be You is described as a pastel lavender holo with iridescent shimmer and ultra holo glitter.

It Had To Be You had a very smooth and self-leveling formula.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Accidentally In Love

Accidentally In Love is described as a white crelly with matte and metallic glitter mix and tiny metallic flakies.

Accidentally In Love had a smooth and even formula, and its glitters are dense and evenly dispersed.

Shown is two coats plus a glitter grabbing top coat, followed by glossy top coat.

My Girl

My Girl is described as a pale blue crelly with matte and metallic glitter mix, holo microglitter and iridescent shimmer.

My Girl had a smooth formula with evenly dispersed glitters. I recommend going for medium coats.

Shown is two coats plus a glitter grabbing top coat, followed by glossy top coat.

Today Was A Fairytale

Today Was A Fairytale is described as a pastel lime crelly with shifting iridescent flakies, iridescent shimmer, bright glitter mix and a hint of holo microglitter.

Today Was A Fairytale had a smooth but murky-like base due to the iridescent flakes. Two coats had a few patchy spots and didn’t seem to reach full opacity, so I went for three coats. I probably didn’t need to use a glitter grabbing top coat here but did it anyways.

There’s so many fun and cute crellies here – I absolutely love the selection! Let me know if you’ll be picking any of these up, and thanks for reading!

XOXO,

Lauren
