Rogue Lacquer: Fall Obsessed Trio & 8 Crazy Nights Trio

*Disclosure: Press samples – I received these polishes for free in exchange for swatch photography. All reviews and opinions are my own.*

Hello! I’m a bit late with posting this post, but today I’ll be sharing swatches and a short review of Rogue Lacquer’s latest two trios – the Fall Obsessed Trio and 8 Crazy Nights Trio. Both are available now on the Rogue Lacquer site.

The Fall Obsessed Trio and 8 Crazy Nights Trio will both have polishes available for $11 individually or $30 for the trio. The 8 Crazy Nights Trio is a Hanukkah-inspired trio that is a collaboration with an indie polish lover, with inspirations from family love, traditions and a fun twist of the unexpected.

Let’s get into these gorgeous crellies!

Fall Obsessed Trio

Pumpkin Spice Sprinkle

Pumpkin Spice Sprinkles is described as a pale orange with lime and turquoise metallic flakes.

Pumpkin Spice Sprinkles had the classic smooth crelly formula that is signature of Rogue’s flakie crellies. The flakes are flat and apply evenly, and the base color leaned quite like a peachier nude on my skin tone.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Feast Mode

Feast Mode is described as an olive green with green, lime and copper flakes.

Feast Mode also had a smooth, opaque, and easy to work with formula. The color is a bit more yellow/swampy green than in my photos.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Stressed, Blessed and Fall Obsessed

Stressed, Blessed and Fall Obsessed is described as a blue-grey crelly with a fall blend of red, copper and gold toned metallic flakes.

Again, we have a gorgeous, fall-perfect crelly with a smooth formula. The contrasting base color and mix of flakes is quite stunning, in my opinion.

8 Crazy Night! Hanukkah Trio

Jelly is my Jam

Jelly is my Jam is described as a burgundy jelly with rose gold flakes. It is inspired by sufganiyot/jelly donuts.

Jelly is my Jam had a great formula – a bit on the thicker side, but easy to work with nonetheless. It is quite opaque, and the matching flakes create a very deep effect with the polish.

Festival of Lights

Festival of Lights is described as a purple, copper, silver holo and blue sparkle flake bomb. It is inspired by a family menorah.

Festival of Lights could probably double as a topper, but I thought it was quite flattering on its own. It’s very densely packed with flakes, but the flakes lie flat and are in a well-distributed mix. I recommend topping this polish with a pretty generously thick coat of glossy top coat – it makes the polish really pop with its bling.

Spin Me Right Round

Spin Me Right Round is described as a white crelly with silver gold and blue flakes. It is inspired by a dreidel.

Spin Me Right Round, like all the other crellies in these trios, had an amazing formula that builds up very easily.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Have you picked any of these beauties up, or are you on your way now? Thanks for reading!

XOXO,

Lauren
