Different Dimension: The Power of Color Collection

*Disclosure: Press samples – I received these polishes for free in exchange for swatch photography. All reviews and opinions are my own.*

Hello! Today I’ll be sharing four different collections that Different Dimension will be releasing for Black Friday, and this is the second of them!

Different Dimension will be having a Black Friday sale from Wednesday, 11/24 at 12am ET to Wednesday 12/1 at 11:59pm ET on their website. Polishes will be 35% off with the code BF2021 and the first 100 orders will have a free gift with purchase. There will also be several $6 mystery doorbusters and flash sales across DD’s social media channels.

The Power of Color collection is a six piece collection with various holographic jelly shades. Polishes will be priced at $12 individually. Let’s get into it!

Passion

Passion is described as a ruby red jelly polish with added holographic microflakes.

Passion had an opaque jelly formula, so I would be wary of staining (both on your nails and on your skin) as you apply and remove polish. The formula is smooth ad self-leveling.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Energy

Energy is described as an orange jelly polish with added holographic microflakes.

Energy had a smooth and opaque jelly formula. It was self-leveling and even, and more yellow/orange leaning than in photos.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Positivity

Positivity is described as a yellow jelly polish with added holographic microflakes.

Positivity had a smooth and even jelly formula, but it was a bit less opaque than others due to the fact that it’s a yellow jelly.

Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat.

Healing

Healing is described as a green jelly polish with added holographic microflakes.

Healing had a slightly lighter and runny formula than the other polishes in this collection. The formula was also comparatively less opaque, but built up to the color in the bottle after three coats.

Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat.

Peace

Peace is described as a blue jelly polish with added holographic microflakes.

Peace had a smooth and even formula. I’d be wary of slight staining around the nail for this polish as well, as it was quite opaque.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

Luxurious

Luxurious is described as a violet jelly polish with added holographic microflakes.

Luxurious had a smooth and opaque formula, just like the others in this polish. The polish is definitely a blue leaning blurple.

Shown is two coats plus glossy top coat.

That’s it for this rainbow of jellies! Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for two more Different Dimension collection reviews!

XOXO,

Lauren
